Sanforized (pre-shrunk) tightly woven cotton. Soft, comfortable but hard wearing cloth. 

Rugged, all-round polyester/cotton cloth. Soft, hard wearing and flexible. Very good shape retention and excellent comfort. All Blåkläder's functional tradesmen's garments are available in this cloth.

Quality 1513 is an inherent fabric which means that the flame resistant properties are built into the fibers. It is durable, light and comfortable. The fabric is certified for EN 1149-3, EN 61482-1-2, EN IEC 61482-1-1, EN ISO 11611, EN ISO 11612, EN 13034, EN ISO 20471. 

Quality 1512 is an inherent fabric which means that the flame resistant is built into the fibers. It is durable, light and comfortable. The fabric is certified for EN 1149-3, EN 61482-1-2, EN IEC 61482-1-1, EN ISO 11611, EN ISO 11612, EN 13034, EN ISO 20471.

Quality 1519 is an inherent fabric which means that the flame resistant is built into the fibers. It is durable and comfortable. The fabric is certified for EN 1149-3, EN 61482-1-2, EN 61482-1-1, EN ISO 11611, EN ISO 11612, EN 13034, EN ISO 20471.

Quality 1514 is a flame retardant fabric carefully chosen to create the best combination of strength and comfort. High proportion of cotton provides clothes that are comfortable to wear. The fabric is certified for EN 1149-3, EN 61482-1-2, EN  IEC 61482-1-1, EN ISO 11611, EN ISO 11612, EN 13034, EN ISO 20471.

Wind- and waterproof fabric with breathable function.

Flame resistant fabric, heavy but still flexible fabric for hard environments. Certified for welding class 2. The fabric is certified EN 1149-3, EN IEC 61482-1-1, EN 61482-1-2, EN ISO 11611, EN ISO 11612. 

Comfortable, flexible and durable 4-way stretch. Good washing abilities. The fibre is partially bio-based, which contributes to reducing the climate footprint

Two loose-hanging chest pockets with press studs and safety straps, one with a flap and one with pen pocket. Two tool pockets that can be placed in the bellows front pockets. Leg pocket with bellows, flap, pen pocket, extra pocket, phone pocket and ID card pocket.

Bib Overalls

Hi-vis bib overalls with CORDURA® reinforced knees and back pockets for extra durability. Knee protector pockets, placement at two levels. 
The trousers have wide, strong elastic braces, as well as smart pocket solutions and functions such as a hammer holder, folding rule pocket with knife and pen pocket, and a D ring. Back pockets with bellows, and tool pockets that fit inside the bellowed front pockets.

Hi-Vis Bib Overalls

Crafted from inherently flame retardant fabric, which means that the flame retardant properties are naturally present in its fibres. These soft trousers allow for easy movement and the knees are reinforced with CORDURA®/Kevlar®/Protal® fabric. 
They feature many smart pocket solutions designed to meet certification standards. Elasticated braces for enhanced comfort. Pockets subject to excessive wear are reinforced with double thickness to extend their life. Ripstop fabric delivers exceptional tear strength. All C sizes can be lengthened to C-150 sizes. 
Certified under EN 1149-5, EN 13034 PB [6]. EN ISO 20471, Class 2, Together with art. 4089 XS-S obtains class 3 according to EN ISO 20471. EN ISO 11611, Class 1 A1+A2.  EN ISO 11612 A1, A2, B1, C1, E1, F1. IEC 61482-2, class 1.  ATPV: 11,9 cal/cm², HAF: 79,3%, LOI: 29,6%.

Multinorm inherent BIB

Bib trousers in inherently flame-retardant material, which means that the flame retardant is built into the structure of the fiber. The trousers are soft and flexible and the outer knee protection pockets are reinforced with a material of CORDURA®/Kevlar®/Protal®.
The trousers, which are made of ripstop material with very good resistance to tears, have many smart pocket solutions and elastic braces for even better comfort. For increased durability, exposed pockets are reinforced with double material.
The product is certified according to EN ISO 20471 class 1, EN 1149-5, EN 13034 PB [6], EN ISO 11611 class 1 A1 + A2, EN ISO 11612 A1, A2, B1, C1, E1, F1, IEC 61482-2 APC 1, ATPV: 11.9 cal /cm², HAF: 79.3%, LOI: 29.6%. EN 14404: 2004 + A1: 2010 together with knee pads 4027 and 4057.

Multinorm Inherent Bib trousers

Bib and brace trousers made from inherently flame-resistant material, meaning the flame protection is built into the fibre’s structure. In the lined areas, the trousers are approved for the higher arc protection class—APC 2. The trousers are soft and flexible, with external kneepad pockets reinforced with CORDURA®/Kevlar®/Protal® material. 
These dirt-, and water-repellent trousers feature smart pocket solutions and elastic braces for enhanced comfort. Made from ripstop material with excellent tear strength. 
For increased durability, exposed pockets are reinforced with double layers. Tested and approved for 50 washes. 
Certified according to EN 14404, EN 1149-5, EN ISO 11611, EN 13034, EN ISO 20471, EN ISO 11612, and EN 61482-2 APC 1 (APC 2 in the lined areas).

APC 2 Multinorm Inherent Bib trouser

The bib trousers are crafted from inherently flame retardant fabric, which means that the flame retardant properties are naturally present in its fibres. These soft trousers allow for easy movement and the knees are reinforced with a CORDURA®/Kevlar®/Protal® fabric. 
These oil, dirt and water-repellent bib trousers feature many smart pocket solutions designed to meet certification standards. Elasticated braces for enhanced comfort. Pockets subject to excessive wear are reinforced with double thickness to extend their life. Ripstop fabric delivers top-class non-rip durability. All C-sizes can be lengthened to C-150 sizes. Tested and approved for 50 washes. 
The product is certified according to EN 14404, EN 1149-5, EN ISO 11611, EN 13034, EN ISO 20471, EN ISO 11612, IEC 61482-2, ATPV: 11 cal/cm². 
Achieves Class 3 certification when combined with jacket 4089 under the EN ISO 20471 standard. 
Tested to meet the EN ISO 15797 requirements for industrial laundering.

Multinorm Inherent BIB

Flame retardant bib overalls in 1519 quality, an inherent Class E3 fabric specially designed for work in metal industries that deal with molten iron. The Class 1 hi-vis certified bib overalls are designed to protect against splashing from molten metal, and radiant heat.
These oil, dirt and water-repellent trousers with elastic braces have a chest pocket, a left leg pocket with flap, ID card holder, phone pocket, folding rule pocket, knife holder, and back pockets with flaps and press studs. Tested for industrial laundry.

Includes a bellows leg pocket with flap, internal ID card holder and mobile phone holder on the left side. Two back pockets with flaps equipped with press studs. This metal-free model uses plastic press studs and zips.

APC 2 Inherent Bib trousers

Oil, dirt and water-repellent multinorm bib trouser that provides you with maximum protection when working in harsh environments. The garment is made from a durable material and features a comfortable fit with Cordura®/Kevlar®/Protal™-reinforced knee pad pockets. 
Smart pocket solutions and functions such as adjustable elasticated braces, side hammer loop and belt loops, one with a D ring. Industrially washable. Protects against liquid chemicals.

Multinorm Bib trousers

Bib trousers in a soft, comfortable quality offering high durability. The trousers have dirt- and water-repellent properties. Metal free with plastic buttons, zip and buckles.
Adjustable braces with elastic in the back, a button-adjustable waist, belt loops, pre-bent knees and external knee pockets that open from below, as well as ankle width that adjusts with buttons.
Functional pockets including a chest pocket, two front pockets, two back pockets with flaps, and leg pockets with an ID card holder on the left.
Heat-applied reflective details on the back of the legs and on leg pockets. Tested and approved for industrial washing – EN 15797, max. 50 wash cycles.

Multinorm Class 1 Bib Trousers

Warm-lined, wind and waterproof winter trousers, Class 2 hi-vis, with taped seams in a tough, durable material. Offers the best possible visibility when you need it most. Exterior knee pad pockets. 
The trousers have openable snow locks at the ankles and detachable braces. You can attach the detachable tool pockets 2170, sold separately. 
To reach different leg lengths, we offer these trousers in 3 lengths. Ex. Size Large: LS=short -4, L=XXcm, LT=Long +4.

Hi-Vis Winter Trousers

Bib overalls suitable for welding and similar jobs. The trousers can be adjusted at the waist with buttons and have a chest pocket, external knee pad pockets, left leg pocket, right folding rule pocket, and reflective details on the back, lower leg and rear belt loop. Tested for industrial laundry.

Welding Bib trousers

Hi-vis bib overalls made entirely out of fantastically soft and supple 4-way stretch that really provides the ultimate comfort and lets you be seen when it’s needed most.
The bib overalls have segmented reflectors, detachable tool pockets, a large chest pocket and dark colours in areas prone to dirt for extra durability.
Knee and back ventilation. Knee pockets in CORDURA® stretch provide protection and comfort when kneeling.
